To make Frozen Mango dessert, you will need: mango pulp, chilled fresh cream, sugar, mango jelly, whole milk powder (optional), non-stick muffin mould. Stary by whipping the chilled fresh cream with some sugar or castor sugar. When you have mixed it well, add mango jelly and mango pulp, separately, and whip it too. When you have your cream-like consistency, add the mixture to a non-stick muffin mould. You can whole milk powder if you wish to make it less creamy or sweet before adding it to the mould.
Freeze the mixture for 2-3 hours, and munch on it.
Maple sponge cake
To make Maple sponge cake, you will need: all-purpose flour, baking powder and soda, milk powder, butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla essence, oil, maple syrup. Take a small bowl and add to it all the dry ingredients. Set it aside and take another larger bowl. Start by adding butter and brown sugar. Whisk them well before adding eggs, vanilla essence, oil and maple syrup. Now, add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix them well using the cut and fold method. Make sure the consistency remains cream-like and more liquidy than batter.
Keep another deeper pan in the oven and add some water to it. Transfer it to a pan and don’t forget to wrap the tin in foilsheet before popping it into the oven. Allow it to steam and bake, and enjoy the cake.
Chocolate crepe cake
To make this, you will need: eggs, all-purpose flour, cocoa, sugar, warm milk, melted butter, egg whites, cream of tartare. Take a large bowl and whisk eggs, all-purpose flour, cocoa, sugar, warm milk, melted butter together, until you achieve a flowy batter. Take a pan and add a bit of oil to it. Pour a dollop of the batter and make the crepes until you have the desired stack of crepes. Combine it into a cake by stacking them on top of one another with the help of a thin layer of cream in between.
Make the meringue for the cake by combining egg whites, cream of tartar and whip until it rises into a cloudy paste. Cover the crepe cake with this paste and pop it into the oven – only for a few minutes until the meringue bakes a little.
