Upasana shared a long list of things-to-do which you can follow and take better care of yourself. The first rule is to purchase vegetables and fruits that will last you for a maximum of five days. Another great idea is to purchase three variants of each of them. When purchasing disinfectants, like handwash, body wash, floor cleaners or kitchen wipes, take a look at the ingredients. And, ensure that the alcohol content in it is lesser than 60%.
A tip by Upasana that has us awe-struck is – using sage and Sambrani. Sambrani has a happy peaceful fragrance. It calms the nerves and induces tranquility, making a person ready for prayers. While performing poojas is a common practice, Upasana suggests going another step ahead. Burning sage and Sambrani and moving within the whole house is a great way to cleanse the energies of the house. While sage gets rid of all the energies, Sambrani attracts positive energies.
Moreover, Upasana asks us to sanitize or avoid using newspapers for the time being. Another important step is to disinfect shoes and leave them at the door. She also suggests washing clothes in warm water along with detergent, every day. People could go crazy with their sanitisation, but Upasana suggests that it is great to sanitise everything twice a day.
