Jalapeño Cheese Poppers

Weekend brunches are as classy as they sound. While restaurants provide you with a wide spread of dishes to gobble on, it’s often too much to enjoy. And, that is exactly why you must host a brunch with a few dishes. A three-course meal, maybe? If that’s what’s on your mind, we’ve curated the perfect brunch menu. Starting with delectable Jalapeño Cheese Poppers, you can proceed to a Curry Pasta Salad, before finishing it off with Oreo and Cherry Parfait. Munch on these while sipping on a healthy fruit juice. Check out the recipes below.

To make Jalapeño Cheese Poppers you will need – garlic, parsley,  jalapeños, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, all-purpose flour, black pepper, salt, cornflour, eggs, bread crumbs.

Start by mixing garlic, parsley,  jalapeños, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, all-purpose flour, black pepper, salt, in a blow. When you have a paste-like consistency, take some portion of it onto your palms – dusted with cornflour, and roll them into your desired shapes. When done with this, take two bowls and beat eggs in one and add bread crumbs in the other. Toss them into the beaten egg bowl first and then drop them into the crumbs, until everything sticks together. You can go ahead and give them a double coating of egg and crumbs.

Finally, deep fry these and serve them with your desired mayo dip.

Curry Pasta Salad

Start by preparing the dressing for this pasta. All you need to do is – take a pan and heat some oil in it. Add turmeric and a little bit of oil, when it starts heating up, add mustard seed, red chillies, ginger, lemon juice. Mix this with yoghurt and complete the dressing by adding some salt. Boil your desired pasta and boil chopped lotus stems in another bowl with some water.

Finally, add the pasta, the dressing and top it up with sliced green apple, cherry tomatoes, radishes, lemon juice, salt, oil, spinach and green coriander for presentation.

Oreo and Cherry Parfait

For the last one, take a bowl and add whipped cream, icing sugar, chopped cherries, crushed Oreo biscuits. Now, take the bowl or mason jar to add layers of the mixture with a layer of crushed oreo biscuits. Voila! You’re done.

Mixed Fruit Juice

How can you eat it all without having something nice and interesting to sip on, right? Let’s add the mixed fruit juice with carrots. Take your food processor and add to it carrots, sweet lime, musk melon, apples and pomegranates.
