After drinking the milk that Vasanta brings for Mrudula, she starts puking and falls down the stairs. The nurse mentions that such a thing can happen if she tried to abort the pregnancy on her own.
When Madhu blames Sarayu for being the culprit behind Mrudula’s current condition, Vasanta confesses that it was she who mixed the extract of a toxic leaf in the glass of milk that she offered to Mrudula so that the baby would be aborted.
Meanwhile, the boy who is all set to marry Mansi in the next few months is extremely excited. But Mansi doesn’t reciprocate his feelings. In fact, she calls him up to explain her hatred for weddings and having any other man in her life.
But he calmly listens to all that she has to say and softly tells her that she doesn’t have to be so hard on herself about their upcoming wedding. He even tells her that her past doesn’t bother him.
Mrudula finds out the truth about her rumoured pregnancy when she goes to a temple to share her hardships with her goddess. An old lady, who has experience in many pregnancy cases, confirms that she was never pregnant.
She makes the doctor confirm the news and tell her father about it. Mrudula asks him to keep this news a secret from others and rushes to tell Madhu about it.
In the episode that aired on June 10, 2019, Madhu expresses his happiness over the entire pregnancy fiasco. Mrudula tells him to keep the matter to himself until Mansi’s wedding, in order to avoid any more fights.
