Lazing on weekends is a must-do for most of us. But Mondays need a whole new level of motivation and energy to kickstart the week well. While grabbing a cup of coffee might for some time, a good 15-minute yoga session will go a long way. This Monday, ditch your caffeine and stretch it out.
Rakul starts her day at 6 am by a simple yoga session. She sits by sitting erect and cross-legged, joining her hands in a namaskar. She then moves to the Bhujangasana, which involves you to lie on your stomach and raise your upper body.

Start with your regular squat pose to stretch your legs in the opposite direction. While one takes pressure on the knee, let the other rest on the toes. Twist your torso to one side and lean in to touch your knee, while holding your hands in the namaskar position.
