This Monday, we draw inspiration from someone who is truly inspiring in all the ways – and that is Samantha Akkineni. She started from nothing and is basically everything right now. From acting to personal development, she has worked hard and attained all that she rightfully calls hers. Who better than her right?
One look at Samantha‘s Instagram account and one would know that she is a fashionista, a fitness freak and an out and out lover of aesthetics. As we made our Monday morning scroll on the photo-sharing app, we came across something that truly spoke to us. Samantha’s love for the gym, workouts and weight training is not unknown to us. But recently, she tried her hands on Parkour and her approach to the task makes us want to go ahead put ourselves out in the world. Come what may!
She uses her petite arms and forearms to climb up and down a red rod that sounds all sorts of dangerous to us. But the actress said: “Never be afraid to try new things… You will be surprised at what you’re capable of.” She signed off saying that she was loving Parkour. In the past, many dancers and fitness enthusiasts have spoken about their love for this art form. Parkour, simply put, is an obstacle training. Here, one is expected to go from point A to point B, C, D and further in the most efficient way. The training also aims at crossing more distance in lesser time. This form of training is said to be close to military training.
