As we all know, Rakulpreet Singh is extremely fit. No matter what her schedules look like, she always manages to squeeze in an hour or two to work on herself. From her perfectly chiselled abs to her enviable flexibility, Rakulpreet is all sorts of amazing. This actor loves working out more than anything else. She enjoys her time in the gym doing weight training or CrossFit, yoga sessions, aerial yoga and everything possible in between.

The actor recently shared this video where she is performing a yoga asana. She starts from the Shavasana and moves her feet upwards to have her body at 90 degrees. Once done, she stays there for a few minutes until – plot twist – she moves her legs behind her head, turning her body 180 degrees. She recently uploaded the video with a caption, “This asana has transformed my body and how .. I couldn’t touch my feet to the ground initially and now yayyyyyy”.
