Have you lost count of your days in quarantine? Because we have and so has Tamannaah. Staying indoors is a tough task, but we have to do it for the greater good. But staying indoors is no excuse to cosy up and eat comfort food all day long. Moving your body and sweating out is more important during these times of difficulties. If you’re finding a tough time doing it, here’s Tamannaah to give you some inspiration.
Since the lockdown, Tamannaah has been proactively sharing insights from her daily life and is also pushing her fans and followers to live a better life. Recently, she shared a video of herself indulging in a soothing yoga session. She captioned it, “Yoga is not about touching your toes, it’s about what you learn on the way down.” What an apt quote by Jigar Gor. Using my me-time practising yoga in my garden.”
A few days later, she shared another video where she was seen performing easy Yoga asanas inside her house. She wrote, “Yoga has always been an integral part of my routine since it can be practised, literally, anywhere! All you require is a mat, yourself and no excuses! Here’s my 1 hour of practice in a time-lapse video,” While we’re all quarantined, Tamannaah has been taking help from online classes to assist her during these sessions.
