Make Your Breakfast In Lockdown Healthy And Tasty With Anasuya Bharadwaj’s Apple Pie Oats

Anasuya Bharadwaj Apple Pie Oats Recipe

If you haven’t found your culinary motivation yet, we are sure that TV world’s most-loved personality, Anasuya Bharadwaj will change it all with her easy and healthy overnight apple pie oats will get you going.

To make Anasuya’s overnight apple pie oats, start by chopping a whole apple into small cubes. Heat a pan and add the chopped apples along with dried cranberries. Now, add some brown sugar and cinnamon powder with a cup of water. Stir in occasionally and allow it to simmer.

In your desired mason jar, add oats, rolled or steel-cut, and soak it in plain almond milk. To the jar, add chia seeds, greek yoghurt, Pecan nuts, maple syrup and allow it to rest. On the other hand, check the apple pie mix to ensure that it softens and turns slightly brown in colour.

When your apple pie mix is ready, take it off the heat and allow it to cool down completely. This would ensure that the oats do not turn sour later. When it has cooled down completely, add a good layer of it to your oats-filled mason jar. Keep it in the fridge and return to it the next morning.

You can add a layer of your desired fresh fruits as a topping or skip it. If you wish to make it heavier, you can go ahead and add a whole banana to it, too. Enjoy the easy and healthy breakfast.
